Making development plans available to external learners

Learning administrators can make activities available to external learners. They can enroll external learners in sessions. Learning administrators can perform these actions from the Activity page:

  • Activate a Pending user profile
  • Make an external learner inactive
  • Send an email to an external learner to change the learner's password
  • Copy the learning history to an employee
  1. Select Catalog > Development Plans.
  2. Double-click a development plan.
  3. Click Details.
  4. Specify this information:
    Available For Enrollment To External Learners
    Select this option to enable external learners to be enrolled in the development plan. If this field is not enabled, then one or more activities that is associated with the development plan is not enabled for external learners. You must make all activities that are associated with a development plan available to external learners.
