Creating key employees reports
Before running this report, identify all officers, key employees, and owners of the company. Only employees with officers or owner designations are considered for this report.
When you have identified the key employees, set the Key Employee field on the Benefit tab of the Employee profile. This information is used when you run the Top Heavy Report.

Based on report parameters that are used in the Create Report action and the Key Employee field on the resource profile, these icons denote key employee status:

Blue: Resource will remain a key employee

Green: Resource will become a key employee

Red: Resource will no longer be a key employee

No icon: Resource is not a key employee and will not be flagged as a key employee
The annual salary from the Pay tab on the employee profile is not used to determine compensation. The payroll history for the dates designated is used. See the Hours Worked record.
