Pay codes

Pay codes are used to define how pay is calculated. In the Benefits application, they are used to give employees flex credits to use toward benefits and to add imputed income to employee pay.

Pay codes can be alphabetic or numeric. We recommend that they match the pay codes in your payroll application to prevent mapping.
