Mass purging enrollments

Use this procedure to purge, or permanently remove from the database, a group of employee benefit enrollment records.

  1. Select Benefits > Enrollment Events.
  2. Select the event type of Open Enrollment, Life Events, or COBRA Enrollment.
  3. Right-click an enrollment event and select Mass Delete Enrollments. This step applies only when there are enrollments for that event.
  4. To purge enrollments with all statuses, select Delete All Statuses. Otherwise, select a status of enrollments to purge from the menu list.
  5. Optionally, to purge enrollments associated with a specific benefit group, select the Benefit Group.
    Note: 

    Group eligibility is not evaluated during this process.

  6. Click Submit.
