Deleting mass create eligibility errors

Any errors generated by the Mass Create Eligibility action should be deleted after they are addressed. Any future runs of the Mass Create Eligibility will skip over employees that have an error record for the plan.

Errors can be deleted individually by using the Delete action for a record or as a group by using the Delete Report action. Use this action to delete all errors for a Benefit Plan, a Benefit Type or an Employee.

  1. Select Benefits > Maintenance > Processes > Mass Create Eligibility > Create Report.
  2. On the Eligibility Errors tab, select Action > Delete Report.
