Mass sending email notifications

Benefits administrators can send mass email notifications to the employees when the compliance documents are available.

  1. Select Reports > ACA > Annual Processes > Resource Print File > More Actions > Mass Send Email Notification.
  2. Specify this information:
    Custom Group
    Specify a group from the group list.
    Email Template
    Specify an active email template from the email template list.
    File
    Specify a file supporting the email template's contents.
  3. Click Submit.
