Viewing the document template on the employee's enrollment

You can view the document template that is saved with the enrollment after completing these actions:
  1. Select Benefits > Maintenance > By Employees.
  2. Select an employee.
  3. Open an employee's benefit plan enrollment:
    1. Click the Enrolled tab.
    2. Select the employee's benefit plan enrollment.
    3. Click Open.
  4. Click the Documents tab.
