Benefits health coverage compliance documents

Benefits administrators are responsible for generating tax documents, including 1095-B and 1095-C.

The Internal Revenue Service recommends that organizations keep documents for three years, after which time they must purge the documents. The benefits administrator determines which records to purge to comply with the requirements of the IRS.

Benefit administrators can mass purge or individually purge compliance documents. Activation of the benefits purge of compliance documents is required. ACA reporting must be enabled. The benefits administrator must have the security access role BenefitAdministrator_ST to enable ACA reporting.

There are some considerations for the purging of benefits compliance documents. The platform must be multi-tenant, with the integration and OS or extensibility of Infor Document Management to improve document generation capabilities. To meet global standards, the feature must leverage the Infor Localization Service Platform.
