Benefits dates

You can configure benefits dates to adjust the dates for the remaining benefit cycles.

The benefit dates are different from the pay period dates in the system.

For example, if the pay period date is from June 19, 2023 to July 2, 2023 and the benefits date is from June 23, 2023 to July 6, 2023, then an employee that is enrolled on July 4, 2023 has 15 remaining benefit cycles. Previously, the employee has 14 remaining benefit cycles with a pay period date from July 3, 2023 to July 16, 2023 and benefits date from July 7, 2023 to July 20, 2023.

You can change the number of days of the benefit date. To make benefit dates work properly, ensure that the number of days of the benefit date are arranged in consecutive order.
