Creating reports by resources
You can create a report to view benefit plan details based on the resource (employee or retiree).
Click Benefits Statement to generate a PDF document for the selected resource. This report contains current and future benefit elections and their details.
- Select Benefits > Reports > By Resources.
- Select a resource.

Data, when available, is displayed in these tabs:
Tab Description Dependent Benefits Shows the dependents of the resource who are enrolled in the benefit plans. Beneficiaries Shows of the beneficiaries for the resource. Investments Shows the investment elections and distribution percent for resource. Standard Time Records A list of the standard time records that are created by Benefits for the resource. These are usually created by flex credits. Time Records A list of the time records that are created by Benefits for the resource. These are usually created for imputed income. Deductions A list of the deductions that are created by Benefits for the resource. One Time Deductions A list of the one time deductions that were created for the resource's benefit enrollment. Hours Worked A list of the hours worked, including wages paid. These are imported from payroll. Changes are allowed. However, we recommend using the import programs to overwrite the data. Compensation History A list of compensation that is imported from payroll. Changes can be made. We recommend using the import programs. Changes are not interfaced back to payroll. Vesting History Shows the data that has been imported from payroll for Hours Worked for each vesting year, as defined by the plan.
The information for an employee can be added, changed or deleted. However, we recommend use of the import processes instead. These will overwrite any manually modified data.
Vesting Report Shows vesting percents for plans that have vesting schedules. Contribution History All benefit contributions as imported from payroll. Changes can be made here but we recommend using import processes. Wage History Taxable wages as imported from payroll. The information for an employee can be added, changed, or deleted. However, we recommend use of the import process instead. Hours of Service Shows the enrolled resource's hours of service, compensation, and identifies whether the hours requirement is met. ACA Hours Shows all ACA Hours for a resource.
If the resource has more than one work assignment and the system makes one work assignment the active primary work assignment, a blue alert shows on the Work Assignment.
A red alert is shown for ALE Members that were not determined for the ACA hours. This can happen when ALE Members and ALE Groups are not defined at the beginning of a year. The ALE Member is not required to be identified to use these hours for the ACA Hours Measurement process (determining eligibility for benefits based on average hours in a look back period).
ALE members are not required to be identified until the time of annual ACA reporting. If ALE Members and ALE Groups are defined for the year, the Employee Benefit Group criteria is used on the ALE Members that belong to an ALE Group for the year to determine whether the work assignment belongs to that ALE Member. A process can be run at any time to determine the ALE Member in case they were not set up at the beginning of the year, or if the ALE Group for the year was restructured. Benefit Group Membership Shows the benefit groups to which the selected resource is a member and whether they are active.
