Mass purging compliance documents

Benefits administrators can mass purge compliance documents.

  1. Select Reports > ACA > Annual Processes > Resource Print File > More Actions > Purge Compliance Documents.
  2. Specify this information:
    Reporting Year
    Specify the year of the compliance documents that are to be included in the purge.
    ALE Member
    Specify an ALE member to include in the purge.
    Report Type
    Specify whether the report type is B Report or C Report. This field is optional.
    Employee
    Specify an employee to purge all compliance documents in the record.
  3. Click Submit.
