Creating one time deductions to an existing standard deduction by benefit plan

  1. Select Benefits > Maintenance > By Benefit Plans.
  2. Select the benefit plan.
  3. On the Enrolled tab, select an employee that is enrolled to the benefit plan.
  4. Click Open.
  5. In the Standard Deductions section, select the existing standard deduction.
  6. Click Open.
  7. Create one-time deduction to an existing standard deduction.
