Update zero balances

You can run the Update Zero Balances action to create offset transactions with a zero balance for the resource plan. You must run the Update Zero Balances action outside of the absence processing cycle.

After you run the Update Zero Balances action to create offset balance transactions, you can run Close Plans to close out the transactions and update the resource plan.
