Rejecting a leave of absence request

Administrators can reject leaves of absence that have a status of Requested or Approved. If a leave has been rejected, it can be set back to Approved.

  1. Select Absence Management > Maintain Absences > Leaves of Absence.
  2. Select the Pending or the Approved tab.
  3. Select a leave request from the list and click Reject.
  4. Optionally, select a Reason and add comments.
  5. Click OK.
