Viewing mass terminate results

When Mass Terminate has finished processing, follow these steps to view and take action on the results.

  1. Select Enrollment > Pending Plan Terminations and select the Pending tab to view pending enrollment terminations.
  2. Select Enrollment > Pending Plan Terminations and select the Errors tab to view and fix processing errors. See Fixing mass terminate errors
  3. Select Enrollment > Manual > By Organization > Manual > By Organization to view a list of terminated enrollments. Filter on the Plan Type, Accrual End, or Plan End date that was used when the Mass Terminate Plans set action was run.
  4. Select Setup > Plans and Components > Plans to verify that the Version End Date was added. If you ran the Mass Terminate by Eligibility Group, open the Plans included when the action was run to verify the Version End date was added.
