Process monitor

To inquire on the status of each of the primary processing programs in Absence Management by organization unit or payment schedule, you can use the Process Monitor action.

This table shows the tabs that are displayed in the Process Monitor window:
Tabs Description
By Structure Shows the list of process monitor records that are based on the payment schedule of the organization. Process monitor records are displayed in a hierarchical structure of the organization.
By Organizational Unit Shows the list of process monitor records that are based on the organization unit.

To change the list of process monitor records that are displayed in the Process Monitor header, you must configure the Process Monitor Mode field in Set Up > Organization ConfigurationAbsence Management.

This table shows the type of process monitor records that are based on the organization unit or payment schedule:
Type Description
Blank Process monitor records do not exist.
Updating Process monitor records are submitted but not completed.
Error Process monitor records are completed with errors.
Complete Process monitor records are completed without error.
