Absence rule tables setup

Rules tables are used to define the amounts, percent, formulas, calculations, or dates that are used for each level of service, and if there is a calculation maximum.

As you build the absence rule tables, you will select a table basis of cycles or hours. This correlates to the absence plans table basis.

  • Cycle based tables are used for calculations with service levels defined by calendar cycles, for example, weekly, monthly, annually.
  • Hours based tables are used for calculations with service levels defined by hours in a service class.

Tables can be used for accrual, allotment, limit, or general ledger liability rules.
