Absence dates reevaluation
You can use the Reevaluate Absence Dates process to update selected date fields on resource plan records. You must update date fields when changes occur to the related resource date values on the resource record. Dates can also change in the plan rules that determine how the dates are set.
- Service Begin Date
- Accrual From Date
- Accrual Start Date
- Allotment Begin Date
- Usage Begin Date
- Limit Reset Point
Process Plans must be used to set the initial value for these date fields. If these fields contain a date value, changes must be made manually or by running Reevaluate Absence Dates.
