Viewing Absence Management reports
You can use the Reports menu to view lists of service, transaction, and balance information for your organization’s absence plans. You can create a report with additional filter criteria by selecting Create Report in the Options menu under the ellipsis icon. See the Rich Client User Guide for more information.

View resource service hours to validate service

View event history to verify the number of hours that are used to
decrement a balance in an absence plan. You can also confirm a given event has been
added for a resource. The data that is displayed can be limited to records that meet one of these criteria:
Total hours and Occurrences are displayed. |

View a list of service records where the Service Status or the
Event Status is closed. Use to verify service records that were closed after the Close Unprocessed Service Records set action is run. |

View absence transactions by status and
optionally, by Balance Type within status. Use the Unprocessed tab to view transactions that are created in Manual Transactions or by Create Buy Sell Transactions, Restore FMLA, or Transfer Plans actions. After you run Process Plans and these records are in a processed status, they are no longer displayed on the Unprocessed lists. |

been generated for resource plans. You can view the data by Resource or by Plan, and

View negative balances. A resource plan must contain at least one negative balance amount to be included in this report. The report includes all balances even if they are not all negative. | . |

An analytics view of Resource Plan Balances, also referred to as
a cube report. The data for the Balances report is generated when the Close Plans set action is run. The cumulative balances are displayed from resource absence plans, including negative and positive balances. View the list of resource absence plans that comprise the total by clicking a balance link. The Analytics view can be used to change the order of the Dimensions to view the totals by Plan Type, Eligibility Group and Organization Unit. A grand total for the Organization is always displayed and cannot be removed from the available Dimensions. |

referred to as a cube report. The data for the Negative Balances report is generated when the Close Plans set action is run.
