Creating eligibility groups
Before you define the plan, you must set up an eligibility group.
- Select Absence Management > Set up > Plans and Components > Eligibility Groups.
- Click New.

Specify this information:
- Eligibility Group
- Specify a eligibility group code.
- Description
- Specify a description for the eligibility group.
- Work Assignment Group
- Specify a custom group with a business class of Work Assignment and a subject of HCMGroupAbsence.

Click Save.
Note: Automated processing of enrollments requires that Active is a condition in the Work Assignment Custom Groups used for Eligibility Groups.
