Creating eligibility groups

Before you define the plan, you must set up an eligibility group.

  1. Select Absence Management > Set up > Plans and Components > Eligibility Groups.
  2. Click New.
  3. Specify this information:
    Eligibility Group
    Specify a eligibility group code.
    Description
    Specify a description for the eligibility group.
    Work Assignment Group
    Specify a custom group with a business class of Work Assignment and a subject of HCMGroupAbsence.
  4. Click Save.
    Note: Automated processing of enrollments requires that Active is a condition in the Work Assignment Custom Groups used for Eligibility Groups.
