Manager Overview

This dashboard provides the count of employees by subordinate, future date new hires, annual rate base selected for the period, TTM, by Terminations, by relationship types, and retirements.

Annual Retention Subordinate	Distinct employee count where employee is active as of the last date of the month and start date is more than a year ago / distinct employee count of employees a year ago	KPI
Turnover Rate TTM	Terminations divided by the average number of employees for the trailing 12 months. Filtered by Subordinate.	KPI
New Hire TTM	Start date occurs in the trailing 12 months of the year/month selected. Filtered by Subordinate.	KPI
Internal Hire	Trailing 12 months internal hires Changed a job, unit or supervisor or added a new work assignment. Filtered by Subordinate.	KPI
Internal Hire Rate	Number of internal hires / average employee count in the trailing 12 months. Filtered by Subordinate.	KPI
Average Age	Shows the average age of employees, filtered by subordinate	KPI
Avg LOS at Termination	Shows the average length of service of employees at the termination date, filtered by subordinate	KPI
LOS	Shows the average length of service of employees at the termination, filtered by subordinate	KPI
Time in Job	Shows the average time in years spent by the employees in job	KPI
Relationship Type	Count of employee ids or sum of FTEs by relationship type as of the last date of selected year/month. Filtered by Subordinate.	Pie
Employee by LOS	Count of employees by length of service (LOS) for the last day of the selected period. Filtered by Subordinate.	Bar
Last Pay Change and Percent Change in Pay	Finds the date of the last annual rate in the base pay change and calculates that change in pay	Table
