Estimated Turnover Costs
This dashlet explores and provides a forecast of the spread in estimated turnover costs by job category based on terminated employee’s Annual Rate Base (ARB). A factor is used to estimate the minimum and maximum costs.

maximum costs. Year/month: period will include year/month selected and the previous 12 months. Factor Min: specify a number to multiply the ARB for the Min calculation. Default value is 1. Factor Max: specify a number to multiply the ARB for the Max calculation. Default value is 3. Job: select a job category.
