Grievances Overview

This dashboard provides an overview on an employee complaint which can be in response to a corrective action or other work-related issue such as a pay dispute

Grievances by Type Total count of grievances by grievance type for the selected period Bar
Precedent Grievances Resolution Total count of grievances marked as precedent when resolved Column
Top Grievance Resolutions Grievances count sorted and ranked by the user through the rank filter for the selected period Column
Grievances by Supervisor Total count of grievances by supervisor for the selected period Bar
Active Total count of active grievances for the selected period KPI
Discipline Total count of grievances converted to corrective actions during the selected period KPI
Approaching deadline Total count of grievances with a deadline within the next 10 days KPI
Overdue Total count of grievances with a response due date that has passed as of the selected period KPI
Resolved Total count of grievances that have been resolved during the selected period KPI
