Custom attributes

Groupings of certain attributes are delivered with the Infor HR Talent Analytics solution. There is a limit of 10 nested statements per grouping.

The groupings include:

• Annual Rate Base Currency Group
  • <=$15
  • $15-25K
  • 25-50K
  • 75-100K
  • 100-150K
  • 150-200K
  • 200K+
• Age group

  Age is based on years between Birth Date and Snapshot Year/Month.

  • 26-30
  • 31-35
  • 36-40
  • 41-34
  • 46-50
  • 51-55
  • 56-60
  • 60+
• Candidate Age Group

  Age is based on Candidate age group is derived from Birthdate & Candidate Create Stamp.

  Generation may be sorted by birthdate as opposed to alphabetically, using the Generation Sort attribute.

• LOS Group

  LOS is based on the number of Years between Start Date and Snapshot Year/Month.

  For requisitions that are currently in the Open status, the number of days since opening falls in these ranges:

• Time in Job Group

  LOS is based on the number of Years between Start Date and Snapshot Year/Month
