Leadership
Source data is brought into the model through incremental updates. You can contact your administrator for times and frequencies of updates.
When multiple records for the same Effective date are specified for an employee or employee’s work assignment, the record with the most recent Update Stamp for the same Effective date is used.
For example, if an employee originally has a Start Date of 6/3/2020 effective 6/3/2020, but then changes the Start Date to 6/10/2020, if the effective date 6/3/2020 is used when updating the Start Date field the only Start Date tracked is 6/10/2020. If an Effective date of 6/10/2020 is specified for the new Start Date, the Employee have two Start Dates, 6/3/2020 and 6/10/2020.
Some Employee fields such as Birthdate, Gender, Ethnicity and Name are not tracked historically and always show the most recently specified value.
