Talent Acquisition Analysis data has been broken down into Requisition-related and Application- or Applicant-related.

Data-level security ensures that recruiters see only those Requisitions that are assigned to them.

Job Requisition Cost Provides information on Cost incurred for a Requisition.

Costs can be analyzed by the Cost Incurred Date or the Requisition Open date. Using Requisition Open date provides costs for requisitions opened in the date range selected as opposed to the date the costs were incurred.

Job Requisition Provides counts of requisition occurrences such as the number of Requisitions Closed, Opened, Cancelled, Filled, Drafted, placed On Hold. When counting the requisitions, the analyze by date used defines what is counted. Therefore, Requisition count by Opened date would be the number of Requisitions Opened on the selected date. Job Application Provides count of Application-related occurrences such as the number of Applications Applied, Closed, Attached, In Progress, Withdrawn, Offer Accepted, Offer Approved, Offer Extended, Offer Defined, Offer Rescinded, Offer Declined etc. When counting the applications, the analyze by date used defines what is counted. Application count by Application Withdrawn Date is the number of Applications Withdrawn on the selected date. JobApplication
Job Application Snapshot Tracks measures and attributes related to the job application, including the status changes of an application, screenings and offers on a day by day basis. Changes are tracked as of the last change of the date. Snapshots begin on the Application create date and end on the date the requisition is closed. Snapshots are tracked daily based on the DailySnapshotWindowTalentAcquisition variable, which is set to 30 days by default. SnapShots earlier than 30 days, are as of the last day of the month.

Snapshot facts are best used to view the status of a requisition or application at a given point in time.

Job Requisition Snapshot Tracks measures and attributes related to the job requisition, including the status changes and FTEs filled, on a day by day basis. Changes are tracked as of the last change of the date. Snapshots begin when the requisition is created and end on the date the requisition is closed.

Snapshot facts are best used to view the status of a requisition or application at a given point in time.

The Analyze by Date used here is Snapshot Date

Job Application Action Tracks measures assigned to specific dates such as Application Closed Date and Offer Accepted Date. This allows for viewing a sum or average number of Closed Applications or Offers Accepted on the given date. JobApplication
Job Requisition Action Tracks changes assigned to specific dates such as Requisition Closed Date and Requisition Filled Date.

The measure used here is Requisition Time in Stage. It can also track all the actions taken on Requisition by Action, Action Reason.

The time a Requisition is in each status is also tracked within this fact.

The Analyze by date used here is Effective From and Requisition Opened Date.

Date ranges may also be used in order to sum or average the measure for a period.
