Executive Overview

This dashboard provides reports from hire to terminate, average count, and retention rate. These details are required only for the executive level.

Annual Retention Rate	((Distinct count of employees with LOS > .9999 that are active on the last date of the selected year/month ) / (Distinct count of employees active on the last date of the month a year ago)) *100	KPI
Annual Turnover Rate	Terminations in the Trailing Twelve Months / Average Employee Count in the Trailing Twelve Months	KPI
Avg LOS at Termination	Average Length of Service based on Start Date till Year/Month of employees' Termination Date of those terminated in the selected year/month.	KPI
Average Age	Average age of employees active on the last date of the selected year/month.	KPI
Average LOS	Average Length of Service based on Start Date till Year/Month of employees as of the last date of the selected year/month.	KPI
Average Time in Job	Average time in years from Effective Date for Job Code employee is in as of the last date of Year/Month selected.	KPI
