Modifying Report Catalog permissions

  1. Navigate to and select the folder of interest.
  2. Select the Share Access Icon to the far right of the folder.
  3. Use the down arrow icon to apply the permission to all sub-folders.
  4. The Share Access panel displays where permissions can be modified.
  5. Click Done to save any permission changes.

By default, the All Users in Space group has Read Only access to a newly created folder. This is the default group that contains all of the invited space members. To grant a subset of permissions to a custom group, deselect Read Only permission for the All Users in Space group.
