Manage extended dimensions
The HCM-Consumer space is provisioned with Custom Subject Areas. (See the Custom Subject Area Security section of the Infor HR Talent Analytics on Infor Birst Security Guide.) Delivered Custom Subject Areas (CSAs) are subject to overwrite during a Customer Update.
Because delivered Custom Subject Areas are subject to overwrite, create a Client Custom Subject Areas. Best practice is to prefix the name of the Custom Subject Area with a company abbreviation or some other string prefix that identifies this CSA as a Client CSA to any User that is granted access.
