Candidate Purge/Anonymize

The HR Talent application includes functionality for the Purge of Candidate data. HR Talent Analytics can respond to purge actions taken in the HR Talent application. These actions are communicated to HR Talent Analytics through the replication of the PurgeAccessLog. In addition, HR Talent Analytics now includes the functionality to Anonymize Candidate data. HR Talent Analytics has implemented a new variable to determine whether HR Talent Analytics will respond to the specific Candidate purge action taken in the HR Talent application. If the variable is set to Anonymize then the specified data is anonymized in HR Talent Analytics.

Variable: InforCandidate-PurgeAnonymize

Possible Values: Purge, Anonymize, No

• Purge
  • Candidate and related data will be purged from HR Talent Source/Model Spaces
• Anonymize
  • Candidate ID remains
  • Candidate Name will be replaced with the Candidate ID and identifying information will be initialized.
• No
  • Data remains. Candidates purged in the application will not be purged or anonymized in Birst.
