Update on Leave of Absence

Relationship To Organization and Relationship Status fields were added on Setup > Leave of Absence > Leave Types. These fields are optional but must be specified together. When Leave of Absence record is set to On Leave Status, the Relationship Status on resource's profile is changed automatically when Relationship Status is defined on the Leave Type used.
