Launched Symmetry in new browser window

This feature enhancement changes the behavior of the Employee Symmetry integration in Core HR Talent to avoid issues with third-party cookies being blocked. When a Symmetry task is run by the employee, he or she will see a page with a Get Started button. Clicking this button launches Symmetry in a new browser tab. This enhancement prevents a third-party cookie scenario because the cookies maintained on the Symmetry site in the browser tab or window are considered first-party cookies by the browser.
