Home screen enhancements

The Benefits home screen has been enhanced for improved data visibility and ease of access to frequently performed tasks. Delivered panels are for Life Events, Benefits Processing, Setup and Maintenance, Enrollment Maintenance, and Advanced Tools and Reports. Additional panels for Open Enrollment tracking and ACA navigations can be configured through the Configuration Console.

You can add links to ACA Hours Measurement and COBRA Enrollments to the new Benefits home screen by enabling them in your organization's setup. In Benefits > Set Up > Organization > Main , the Processing field in the COBRA Participant section must be set to Occurrence Only or Full Enrollment Process. In the same area, the ACA Reporting check box must be selected for it to be displayed on the new Benefits home screen.

Delete option for rate tables

Rate tables can now be deleted if they are not actively used in a coverage, contribution, or flex credit rule.
