On the Development Plan page, the fields have been updated. The Summary field was deleted. The Short Description field was added.

OpenSesame content provider integration
Automated synchronization ensures that only current content is used in learning activities.
An enhancement offers integration between LinkedIn Learning content and Learning and Development. OpenSesame course content can be accessed through the Learning and Development catalog. Through automated synchronization, this enhancement ensures that the most updated content is used in learning activities. Customer-provided changes are not overwritten during synchronization. Errors are reduced, and manual processes for client administrators are eliminated.

Evaluations Approaching Expiration notifications
Learning administrators can configure notifications for evaluations that are approaching expiration. When an Evaluation Approaching Expiration is configured, employees who have not taken any action yet or whose status is still active or in progress receive the notification.

Employee self-enroll from their development profiles
Employees can self-enroll in activities with a link on their development profiles.

Pre-test and post-test update behavior
If questions are added to pre-tests and post-tests, then all tests are updated, including tests that are assigned but have not been started. Employees who have begun tests that were updated must re-take tests. Notifications are sent to employees who are registered for tests that have been updated.

Learning administrators can track enrollments in activities through multiple sources. For example, enrollment can be tracked through direct enrollment, enrollment from development plans, certifications, checklists, or prerequisites.

Checklist Due Date Compliance Analysis report
A new report was introduced. Checklist Due Date Compliance Analysis report is now visible for LLA users since filtering by organization unit is now working on "By Location". However, there is a limitation on "By Organization Unit" and "By Supervisor" that has something to do with the data structure (Hierarchy). The data is displayed in a tree view and if and if the root/parent node does not belong to the LLA user's organization unit, that node, including a leaf/children won't be displayed as well.

Disabled options and updated labels
Several options are disabled in specific contexts. The "create" option is disabled for the Add Online Content page. The "create," "assign activity as available," and "enroll employee" actions are disabled for the Add Online Content.. The action labels "Bulk Add Online Content" and "Single Add Online Content" in the Add Online Content were changed to “Mass Upload Online Content” and “Upload Online Content”.
