The action on an employment contract has been limited to employment contracts in Approved status.

Approaching expiration report
A new report is available at that provides a bar graph and pie chart view of the employee contracts that are 0-30 days, 31-60 days and 61-90 days away from expiration, so the employment contract administrator can take action.

Send notifications based on the accept by date
Employment Contract Administrators can now send notifications for specific employment contracts that are based on the accept by date.

UI improvements
The Employee view of an employee contract has been modified to improve usability and efficiency. The usability for the Employment Contracts Module Menu has also been improved with small changes to field labels.
