Definable list of reasons for contract rejection
Employment contract administrators can now define a list of reasons for employees to select as a rejection reason when rejecting contracts on the

Mass acceptance notifications
The employment contract administrator now can send mass acceptance notifications to employment contracts with associated employee contracts. The employment contracts that are in a state of modification cannot be selected as an option to have notifications sent.

Corporate header and footer
Employment Contract Administrators can now use a corporate header and footer for email notifications.

Message for RTF file
A new message is displayed to employment contract administrators that prompts them to add an RTF file during the creation of a contract template. As a result, a contract modification is not required to add the RTF file. The employment contract administrator can add the RTF file to the template before the employment contract's status is changed to Accepted or Pending Approval.

Approaching Expiration report
The new report Approaching Expiration shows a bar graph and pie chart view of the employee contracts that are 0-30 days, 31-60 days and 61-90 days away from expiration. The employment contract administrator can take action.
