Role-based home pages widget updates
New and updated widgets are available as part of role-based home pages.
Employee Safety:
- Staff Safety Overview: Provides managers with a view of their staff’s safety incidents, near misses, safe behaviors and safety observations.
- Recognize Safe Behaviors: Provides employees or managers with a way to recognize safe behaviors for other employees. For example, if a co-worker wore the proper PPE attire, they can log a safe behavior stating so.
- Safety Observations: Provides employees or managers with a way to report a safety observations. For example, an employee may want to report that they have COVID-19.
Manager:
- Upcoming Check-Ins: This widget has been enhanced to filter based on last check-in date to show the most recent check-ins at the top.
- Team Raves: This widget has been enhanced so that users can log a Rave directly while viewing their Team Raves.
- Department Management Menu: This widget has been enhanced with additional important links.
Occupational Health:
- Health Components: Provides employees with a quick view of in-process and pending approval health components that need to be completed such as a COVID-19 test or shot. Also provides managers with a view of health components for their direct reports.
Talent Acquisition:
- Candidate Transitions: Shows a recruiter candidate transition programs (such as preboarding, onboarding, crossboarding) for their candidates. The due date of the transition program is shown along with the percentage completed by the candidate and the administrator. A drill-down is provided to the details of the transition program. Filter capability is included to filter by candidate name, due date and transition program status.
- Candidate Alerts: This widget has been enhanced with a search bar to search by Candidate Name for recruiters and managers.
- Recruiter Menu: This widget has been enhanced with additional important links.
