These new views are available for the Benefits Open Enrollment widget as part of role-based home pages:

• Employee View of Benefits Open Enrollment widget: Provides employees with a way to view a widget for Open Enrollment. If the employee is eligible for open enrollment, a quick button is provided to launch the Benefits application to begin the enrollment process. If the employee does not have an active Open Enrollment, then they can view their current benefits by navigating to the Benefits page within their Employee Profile.
• Employee View of Employee Benefits widget: Provides employee with a way to view their current benefit plans with coverages. For example, show the employee his/her medical benefits with key information such as medical provider, amount paid per year, per pay period, dependents. Also shows other plans such as Dental, Vision, or other active plans with this type of information.
• Benefits Administrator View of Benefits Open Enrollment widget: Provides benefits administrators with a way to select each active open enrollment event that they want to track. They can then see how many employees are in each status. Click the View All option to access a full report of Open Enrollment to view enrollment progress in the Benefits application.

This new Employee Safety widget is available as part of role-based home pages:

• Safe Behaviors: Provides employees with a view of safe behaviors that have been reported for that employees by others. A safe behavior example is if the employee wore appropriate PPE, wore a mask, etc. Employees can report a safe behavior from the widget or access the full form to report a safe behavior. A green check mark displays next to safe behaviors that have been validated by an administrator.
