Link copying in the classic Candidate Space

Candidates can now click on the Copy Link icon to copy the link to a job in classic Candidate Space and send it to a friend. This enhancement is for the hand-coded Candidate Space that is configured with the CandidateSpace.zip. This functionality replaces the Send To A Friend feature previously available in the classic Candidate Space. Setup related to Send To A Friend functionality has been removed from the Job Board setup. The Copy Link feature prevents emails from being sent from an unverified domain. External candidates can choose how to send the job posting link. This feature is also available in mobile Candidate Space.

Verification enhancement for candidate registration

Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart (CAPTCHA) confirmation has been added to the Candidate Experience. This functionality is used on the Candidate Registration page for enhanced security.

Search for candidate credentials

Recruiters can now select the Credential Search tab in the Candidate Pool to search for candidates with specific credentials. They can also search by the candidate's region, such as Midwest or Northeast. Search results are displayed on the Credential Search tab below the search fields. If a candidate's credential is a compact license, then this is displayed in the Compact License column of the search results.

Experience qualifications factored into fit analysis

Recruiters and administrators can now use Experience qualifications in fit analysis. Administrators can enable this by selecting the Experience check box on the Qualifications Fit tab in Set Up > Structure > Organization. After this feature is enabled, these actions include Experience qualifications in fit calculations:
  • Model Percent Fit in the Candidate Pool
  • Calculate Fit and Recalculate Fit in the job application

After recruiters use the Model Percent Fit or Internal Model Percent Fit actions in the Candidate Pool, matching candidate experience is displayed. It can be viewed in the Fit Analysis Experience panel on the Talent Profile tab of the candidate profile. After recruiters use the Calculate Fit or Recalculate Fit actions in the job application, matching candidate experience is displayed. It can be viewed on the Fit Analysis: Experiences panel. The Experience Fit percentage is displayed in the Fit Analysis Overview panel.

User interface enhancements for the Candidate Experience

Administrators can now select a banner image for the Candidate Experience in the Banner field on a job board in Talent Acquisition > Code Setup > Job Board. After they select a banner from this field, a preview is displayed. They can select a color scheme in the Colors field on the same screen. If they select Custom Color in this field, then they can specify the Hex code in the Hex Color field. A preview of the color is displayed. On the same Job Board page, the URL of the Job Search page of the career site is displayed.

The revised home page displays relevant content to both registered and non-registered candidates. Both types of candidates can navigate to actions such as Search Jobs, Sign In, and Register. They can also view additional job opportunities at any time.

Administrators can enable these Candidate Experience enhancements by selecting the Enable Candidate Experience Improvements check box on the Features tab in Talent Acquisition > Primary Setup > Organization Configuration.

The Note Text field in the Create Note action in job applications is now taller to accommodate and display more text in a single view.

Confirmation required with position inactivation

When administrators inactivate a position that is attached to one or more job requisitions, a confirmation is required. This message is displayed: This Position is associated with at least one active job requisition; Continue? The administrator then must confirm their intention to inactivate the position before proceeding.

Designation enhancement for email addresses

When using Advanced Candidate Registration in the Jobs web application, candidates can now change the email address that is designated as their primary email address.
