Improved performance for derived field for maximum question score

The derived fields for maximum question score have been changed from derived fields to a persistent fields which do not need to be calculated every time when the list is loaded on the All tab for Job Requisition. A process is now ran automatically to set the persistent field value to match what the derived field value would have been.

Automatic copying of Qualifications from Job Application to Employee Resource Record for Rehire, Transfer, Promote, and Add Work Assignment

A Set Qualification Rules feature has been added to allow users to configure what happens to each job application qualification (Credential, Education, Employment History, Competency and Skills, Achievements) upon completion of Rehire, Transfer, Promote, and Add Work Assignment actions. Configuration options include automatically copying the job application qualifications to the resource profile, replacing non-validated qualifications in the resource profile with the qualifications from the job application, and letting Administrators, HR Generalists, and Managers review the job application qualifications and then decide whether to copy those qualifications to the resource profile.

A Qualifications Review page for all job application qualifications that are waiting to be reviewed is now available for Administrators, HR Generalists, and Managers via To Do> Qualification Tasks when Set Qualification Rules feature is enabled.

"Offer Rejected" support application routing option for Offer Approval process

The application routing section of the Hiring Workflow setup has been updated to group each process area for clarity. A new Application Routing step for Offer Rejected has been added under Offer Approval process. Users can now, optionally, define a step to move the candidates when the offer is rejected and use the Disposition Reason if the defined step is a disposition-type step.

Simplified application menu for Candidate Experience

A simplified application menu with clearer fonts and fewer icons has been added to provide a more effective experience for external candidates when searching and applying for jobs. Users can enable simplified application menu by adding the ExternalMenuVersion configuration parameter.
