Length of service hours reports

The Length of Service Hours report no longer displays a Total Hours value as this report includes different absence plan rule records for each employee. A new page showing all Pending and Processed Length of Service Hours has been added to Absence Management in Maintain Absences > Length of Service > View Transactions.

Requirement date option for absence plan rules

Users can now select the date used as the requirement date for the service rule, usage rule, and accrual and allotment rule from the Date User Field in the Choose One Requirement Date section of the rule. In the Date User Field, persistent date type fields from the Employee business class that are existing or configured can be selected. The requirement date, along with the other parameters of the rule setup, determines the begin date of the employee absence plan.

Configured date type persistent fields can be created in the Configuration Console in Configuration > Create > Field. The Business Class must be Employee and the Extended Type must be Date.

If the configured field saved in the Date User Field is deactivated or deleted, a message is displayed on the Errors tab of the employee absence plan log after the Process Plans action is run to specify a valid requirement date on the rule.
