Bypassing application requirements during API transfers
A check box to enable Bypass Application Requirements During API Apply has been added on the tab. This feature can be enabled if both Configurable Hiring Workflow and Configurable Job Application are used. When enabled, no errors are generated for recruitment vendors if job applications that are added by web services include incomplete talent profile data, such as question responses, and self identification. If a Hiring Workflow is used for the requisition, then this data can be collected during the hiring process using application tasks that are available in the Configurable Job Application.

Defining gender pronouns during self-identification
Gender pronouns can now be included in the Self Identification configuration that is assigned to the job requisition and can be used during the application process. The Gender Pronouns that have been specified during the application process are stored with the job application. They are transferred to the employee upon Hire, Rehire, Transfer, Promote, and Add Assignment request actions. Gender pronouns are available only if Configurable Job Application is used.

Removal of the second Send action from correspondence lists
Correspondence lists and pages are modified so that only one Send action is displayed. The content that is specified in the email before sending now matches the content that is sent to the candidate. The records that are displayed in the Correspondence list now match sent email content and the content of the EmailMessageQueue business class.

Updated redirect process from Talent Acquisition to Talent Science
Text and buttons are now displayed in the iframe in Configurable Job Application for both mobile and desktop versions. Talent Science Assessment is now launched in a new browser window.

Setting requisition status to Open
The option to Set Requisition Status to Open has been added on the HR Organization Configuration page. When enabled, requisition status is set to Open after approval, The status of all existing pending requisitions is also set to Open.

Updating posting begin and end dates from job posting board
Users can now update the Posting Begin Date and Posting End Date from the Job Board Posting list view without opening each posting.
