An option to update online content for activities with a file from computer has been added on the Online Content page. Users can use the button and upload the new file to replace current content.

Assign activity to multiple groups
Learning administrators and instructors can assign an activity to up to five eligibility groups at a time in Mass Distribution.

Days between completions setting
Administrators can specify the number of days that an activity is valid as a requirement for a certification. This setting impacts an employee who seeks a new certification that shares an activity that was required for a previous certification. The setting shows the number of days from the date that the activity was completed that the activity can be applied to other certifications before it expires.

Now employees can access their past evaluations in the new Evaluations report in the Employee space.
