Marking employees as Cleared or Not Cleared for a health component

Health & Safety Administrators and Facility Managers can now mark an employee as Cleared for a completed health component (for example, a flu shot or COVID-19 test). All cleared and not cleared employees are now displayed on a new Employee Clearances screen so users can see which employees are cleared and which are not cleared.
