New remuneration code for Connecticut
The payroll delivered content has been updated to include a new Remuneration Code for the Connecticut MyCT Savings Plan.
To update payroll delivered content, navigate to
and run the action for the description Payroll.If the new Remuneration Code was added manually before the deployment of the CU, Delivered Content skips loading any record that already exists.

Year End enhancements

The Regulatory Reporting Address field and other new fields that were introduced for Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands are now available on the and actions.

The generated EFW2 file for Guam now displays correct records.

No file is generated for EFW2/W2 if the Federal Tax Identification Number (TIN) is invalid or missing. If the State TIN is missing and a Federal TIN is available, the file is still generated.

Introduced multi-threading for Year End W2 Federal and Territory. Data generation and file generation has significantly improved performance. Through the use of Action Configuration, users can now make use of more thread counts for the generation of Year End Reporting.

The RV record is now displayed when generating an EFW2 report for a new mapping for Pennsylvania.

On EFW2 files for Maine, the RS record Zip Code Extension field is now correctly reporting as Blank.

On EFW2 files for Vermont, the RS Record EAN now shows the prefix WHT on the generated file.

The Tax Jurisdiction Code "P" now appears on the RE Record in the generated EFW2 File.

New EFW2 Setups have been delivered. When State setups are run with Territory Wages, RO and RU records are included in the file.

The generated EFW2 file now displays the correct generated amount for the Family Leave Insurance Withheld and Disability Insurance Withheld fields.

Puerto Rico territory employees with no federal withholding deductions are now included in the generated EFW2 File.

The generated EFW2 file now contains separate record headers (RE, RW, RO, RT, RU) for Puerto Rico employees.

When generating a W-2 Year End Report for a Federal tax authority on a Legal Entity that does not have an Employer Account Number specified in the State Tax Authority Number, a blank warning message is no longer displayed.

USERRA-related values are now included in the output file when generating a W-2 report. If the USERRA makeup amount is greater than the Box 12 deduction for a specific code for the reporting period, an error message is displayed stating "USERRA Makeup amounts exceed total Deferrals Code".

USERRA parameters can be entered with and without a Legal Entity. If the user specifies a USERRA makeup amount with a blank Legal Entity, the makeup amount would apply to all of the Legal Entities of the employee. If there is a USERRA makeup amount with a Legal Entity specified for an employee, this value is reported in the output file.

The Payroll Administrator can now create a CSV file that contains the employee's wages and tax statement for W-2CM form printing.

When generating a W-2 for Federal, the Box12 and Box14 values are now displayed correctly with Box12, Box14 and USERRA combination.

When generating an EFW2 Year End Report for Federal, the report now generates the RO row for non-tippable employees, displaying the amount of Uncollected Social Security Tax for GTL and Uncollected Medicare Tax for GTL.

When generating the W-2 Year End Output CSV file, the Uncollected Social Security and Medicare tax on taxable cost of Group Term Life Insurance (GTL) is now being populated in Box 12 M and N. Uncollected RRTA Social Security and Medicare is now populated for Box 12 A and B.

New manual maximum calculation attempts field
A new Manual Maximum Calculation Attempts field has been added to the Tax tab of a US country configuration record located at .
Users can now specify the max number of recalculation attempts that can occur for manual payments. Values greater then 1 are used as an override during the calculation.

Marital status and exemption values in print payment output file
The Federal and State Marital Status and Exemption values are now printed on the Print Payment Out file using the values stored on the employee deduction record. The marital status and exemption value from the employee deduction's Tax tab is used unless a Lock-In value is specified.

Expense account override for retroactive pay
A new Override To Employee's Work Assignment Expense Account check box is available on the action and the action located at . Users can select the check box to expense to the employee's work assignment or choose to override the expense account fields fully or independently.

Payment type field now available on time records
The Payment Type field is now on the time record and is set when payroll is locked. A new post upgrade action exists that takes the value from the pay summary group and uses it for the value listed on the time record.

Deduction cycle field on manual payments
When calculating manual payments, the deduction cycle can now be changed. A new Deduction Cycle field is displayed on the action for manual payments. The deduction cycle that was added when the manual payment was created is used as the value in the field, but users can specify a different deduction cycle before they submit the action.
