New self-identification options for candidates and employees

Candidates and employees can optionally specify their gender identity, sexual orientation, and gender pronouns when completing the Personal Information section on the Preboarding Activities screen in Transition Management. The Gender Identity, Sexual Orientation, and Gender Pronoun fields are displayed in the Personal Information section when they are enabled on the organization's Country Configurable Fields tab. The data captured on the transition task is stored on the job application for external candidates, and is stored on the employee record for employees.
