Reason field for declined offers

A Reason field for declined offers has been added to the Jobs Webapp for external candidates and opportunities for internal candidates on the Offer Review page. The field can be enabled and made Required on the Candidate Offer Review tab located on the Organization Configuration page.

Addition of Move to Hire step

A Move To Hire Step option has been added for managing filled openings. If ATSWorkflow.ManageFilledOpenings is equal to Move To Hire Step, then Filled Openings on a requisitions are incremented when an application is moved to a Hire type step from a non-Hire type step and decremented when an application is moved from a Hire type step to a non-Hire type step.

Advanced Candidate Registration process

A new Advanced Candidate Registration process has been implemented for signing in to the system, resetting passwords, and associated setup functionality. With this functionality, candidates can change their email address and use it for authentication. Administrators now have access to additional setup functionality, which meets general security standards. This functionality is only available to net new customers. Related functionality, including migration tooling, will be added for all customers in a future release.

Improved Global HR Qualifications-related functions

These enhancements have been made to match HR Talent Qualifications-related functions:

• A Qualification Grace Period section has been added on the Hire and Rehire action forms. Users can now specify grace periods for employees to track the time period until the employee must obtain required qualification.
• The Region and Compact License fields are now available for recruiters and candidates when adding candidate and job application credentials.
• A new Show Qualification Region To Candidates check box is now available on the Features tab when configuring an organization.
