Experience has been added to Qualifications in Talent Acquisition, in addition to Education, Credentials, Competencies, and Skills on these pages:

• Candidate Profile and Job Application Task.
• Candidate Pool and Job Application Dashboard for recruiters.
• Qualification Rules, where users can configure their organization to copy Experience qualifications from Talent Acquisition to Global HR during Rehire, Transfer, Promote, and Add Work Assignment processes. Experience qualifications are automatically copied from Talent Acquisition to Global HR during Hire.
• Import and Export

Infor HR Talent and iCIMS Talent Cloud integration

The first phase of the integration for Infor HR Talent and iCIMS Talent Cloud has been implemented to enable recruiters and employers to track and advance internal and external candidates throughout the recruiting and hiring process. The integration is flexible based on which iCIMS modules customers have enabled. This initial phase contains sending selected candidates from iCIMS to Infor and certain key foundational data elements from Infor to iCIMS. Additional automations for hiring and transferring selected candidates will be implemented in the future releases.
