Delivered content for approver templates

Approver Templates have been added to the delivered content for Infor Case Management. The new delivered content is available at Administrator > Utilities > Delivered Content > Case Management Delivered Content by running the Load action for the description "Case Approver Template".

Approval workflow

Administrators can configure a topic so that a case to which that topic has been assigned must be approved before it can be closed. The configuration uses the Pending Approval workflow that is added to the topic in the Topic page. This workflow is an HCM InBasket approval. If a case is created and that topic is assigned, then the workflow is triggered. Email notifications are sent to the manager or custom group that is configured to approve the case. The manager or member of the custom group can approve or reject the case. Approvals and rejections are logged in the Case History report.
