Employee job alerts

Employees now have an option to create job alerts to be notified if their job of interest is posted. Employees can set alerts based on keyword, job title, category, work type, and location.

Advanced interview scheduling

In this initial release, these improved processes for interview scheduling have been created:

  • Efficient, user-friendly, and cost-effective interview scheduling
  • Cronofy-powered support for Microsoft Exchange, on-premises and cloud, Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspaces, Apple iCloud, and Outlook.com calendar platforms
  • Recruiters and hiring managers can now view availability while scheduling interviews
  • Recruiters and hiring managers can now schedule interviews for internal or external candidates
  • Interviews can now be rescheduled for interviewers and internal and external candidates
  • Trackable calendar invite files that are updated based on attendee status changes
